SOP Team

It is responsible for defining the standards of operating procedures, ensuring proper documentation management, and control, and setting the procedures complying.

Registration Department

This department is responsible for ensuring the product is registered and authorized to be sold in Iraqi markets with the competent authority.

Supply Chain Department

Ensure supply of products, including; Demand planning, Supply planning, and Logistics.

Sales and Marketing Department

The sales team consists of three officers (Team Leader, Accountant, and sales manager). The team is responsible for conducting daily contact with customers to assess their needs, and preparing their requests in direct and close contact with the Marketing team especially Information Director and Sales Representatives.
The marketing team consists of about 50 personnel (Information Department Director, Supervisors for each single supplier company, Medical Representatives, and Sales Representatives).
The team is responsible for checking the overall market situation and conducting surveys on the availability of medicines and medical supplies; and daily marketing and propaganda with the new international methods of marketing for each single product of each single supplier company.
The distribution is divided into three regional areas as per the below regional map;
Bab alshifa is conducting five northern governorates, each has its own advertising representative and sales representative, by Two cooling vehicles daily. Baghdad and surrounding governorates, Al-Razan Scientific Bureau is conducting the distribution process as per the qualified specifications (In Baghdad directly and for the other governorates through sub-offices).
Brouge Scientific Bureau in Basra distributes to southern governorates in Iraq.

Finance Department

Their functions cover a wide range from basic bookkeeping to providing information to assisting managers in making strategic decisions. They are responsible for all the day-to-day transactional accounting for the business and track all transactions, allocating budget expenses annually and ensuring that the expenses are according to the plan, monetary collection is performed within the plans, and monitoring the collection cycle.

Human Resource Department

Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs, mainly concerned with running employee’s needs & benefits including development, promotions, and salary determining.

Stock keeping (Store):

The company store is under the regular supervision of qualified staff. All goods are stored under certain digress to avoid any damages because of bad storing conditions.
To facilitate the storing process, the company has classified its goods under three stocking levels:
Medicines are kept under the required atmosphere.
Medical Supplies.
Laboratory Kits which needs an appropriate atmosphere under certain degrees (15c – 30c) and (4c – 8c).
